Workshops
We have worked together with students, teachers and psychologists to create educational and fun workshops that engage the children in real conversations about mental health and well-being.
Due to the highly interactive nature of our workshops, we find that the smaller the group size the better. We recommend a class per workshop.
Our workshops are designed to be between 45-60 minutes, depending on your schedule.
Our workshops are delivered by mental health first aiders and performers, for an informative and engaging experience.
If you would like a workshop on something that is not listed, then please let us know and we can design one specific to your needs.
The workshops are best suited for the school hall, however depending on group size, a large clear space such as a drama studio or classroom can work for smaller groups. For primary workshops – a large space is required.
We do not require anything other than an open space,a plug socket and sometimes the use of a projector screen – we provide the rest!

Primary Workshops
We offer interactive workshops where we look at different topics. Towards the end of the workshop we introduce Felix and Felicity – our touring puppets. The children will need to work together to help Felix and Felicity resolve their problems.
The students will give their opinions and advice as to how the characters could have possibly behaved differently.
